Service Limitations

• We cannot guarantee removal of all content
• Some content may be protected by free speech laws
• Removal success depends on various factors beyond our control
• We only use legal and ethical methods
• Timeline estimates are not guarantees
• Removed content may sometimes reappear

Payment Terms

Payment terms include:

• Fees are due as specified in your service agreement
• We accept various payment methods as outlined during consultation
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy
• Late payments may result in service suspension
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes

Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and cases. We will not disclose client information except as required by law or with explicit client consent. Clients agree to maintain confidentiality regarding our methods and proprietary information.

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on our website and in our services remain the property of Strodeo. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Strodeo’s liability is limited to the fees paid for our services. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold Strodeo harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from misuse of our services or violation of these terms.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding fees become due immediately. Confidentiality obligations survive termination.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Swedish court.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
