Shipping & Refund Policy

Shipping Information

All our jewelry pieces are made to order, ensuring every item is uniquely crafted for you.
Once your order is confirmed, it enters production immediately. Please allow 2–4 weeks for crafting and delivery, depending on design complexity and destination.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including tracking details.
We offer worldwide shipping with trusted delivery partners to ensure your jewelry arrives safely and beautifully packaged.

Custom-Made Orders

Every piece from Aryé, including the Aryé Inspiration Earrings, is custom made based on the image you upload or the design you select. Because each item is individually crafted to your specifications: We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size, or any other non-defect-related reason. Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled or modified. This no-refund policy applies to all custom-made jewelry, as stated in our Terms of Service.

Defective or Damaged Items

We take great pride in the quality of our craftsmanship. If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@aryejewelry.com, including clear photos and a description of the issue. We will carefully review each case and, if approved, offer either a replacement or store credit, depending on availability. Please note:

  • Minor variations in color, texture, or small imperfections are normal characteristics of handcrafted jewelry and are not considered defects.

  • Damage caused by misuse, exposure to chemicals, or improper handling is not covered under our replacement policy.

Order Changes or Cancellations

Because production begins immediately after your order is placed, changes or cancellations are not possible once the order has been confirmed. If your uploaded image is found to be unclear, or physically unproducible, Aryé reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund in accordance with our Terms of Service.

Lost or Delayed Packages

While we work only with trusted shipping partners, Aryé is not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier services, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
